What is the reception operative time?
The reception operative time is from 7:30am until 10:30pm.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
Check-out: 00:00 – 11:00am
How is the registration?
Upon arrival we ask a phisical not-expired document from each person, both adult/s and child/ren, for sending their details to the police. The documents allowed in Bologna are:
- Identity card ( ordinary, diplomatic and electronic ) .
- Driving licence ( for car and for boat ).
- Firearms licence.
- Passport ( ordinary, electronic nad diplomatic ).
- Identification card released to policemen/militaries/politicians/ministers.
Because of the list, we remind that the permit of stay and the social secuty card are not valid in Bologna.
How can i do the registration if i lost my document or if it is expired?
You can get a temporary document from all the Bologna police stations and it is valid for the Bologna hotel registrations purpose only. The nearest police station from us, in 3 Degli Agresti street, is 4 minutes far by walk and it is opened 24/7.
How much is the Bologna tourist tax?
The tax varies according to the following price ranges related to the room price per person per night ( it is exigible for at most 5 nights per solar month ). The rates in force are the following:
1-30.99 euro -> 4.00 euro per person per night.
31-70.99 euro -> 5.80 euro per person per night.
71-120.99 euro -> 6.50 euro per person per night.
Above 121 euro -> 7.00 euro per person per night.
From this tax are excluded:
- All the people who live inside the municipality of Bologna ( according to the document shown for the registration purpose ).
- All the people younger than 14 years old.
- People who own an italian medical document that expressly report the article 3 comma 3 of the law 104/1992.
- People who own a not-italian medical document reporting a handicap condition and specifying a percentage of it equal or higher than 80%.

Can we pay the reservation upon arrival?
We require the guests checking for the refundable rates.
Payment upon arrival can be made through these following currencies ( cash ) or these following circuits ( card ):
- Currencies -> Euro, swiss Franc, polish Zloty and us Dollar.
- Circuits -> Mastercard group ( Mastercard, Maestro, NOT CIRRUS, NOT MONDEX ), Visa group ( Visa credit, Visa Debit, Visa Infinite, Visa Corporate, Visa Plus, Visa Classic, Visa Business, Visa Infinite, NOT VISA V-PAY, NOT VISA ELECTRON ), Jcb group ( Jcb credit, Jcb Debit ) and UnionPay group ( Unionpay Credit, Unionpay Debit ).
If by card, we need a phisical card to slide / insert as the hotel Point Of Sale is not enabled to the contactless payments.
Can we prepay the reservation?
We require the guests checking for the not-refundable rates. The cardholder must be a person who will join the room during the stay.

Free child policy
A child younger than 7 years old can get a free accomodation if using a pre-existing double bed.
Eg. a family composed by the two parents and a 4yo child can choose a double room tipology / a family composed by two parents and two children ( 4 and 9yo ) can choose a triple room tipology.
What if all the people are underage?
If all the reservation people are underage, we need a signed delegation from the parents. Contact us via e-mail message and we will forward you the form.
Does Panorama accept traveler’s checks as payment?

Amenities
Does the hotel provide baby cradles?
Yes, 15 euro ( no matter how long the stay is ). Service upon advance request only and not available for the single room.
What parking options do you have?
Hotel does not own an on site garage, so we are not able to directly propose a parking solution for cars, motorcycles and cycles.
Nevertheless we are an authorized seller for the municipality of Bologna permission that allow to enter inside Bologna with a motor vehicle belonging to a not-resident person; otherwise there are other 3 possible ways for dealing with the limit traffic city factor. Do you provide extra beds?
We do not have extra beds, we ask you to check a room tipology with a capacity according to your needs.
Can we get our clothes laundered or dry cleaned during our stay?
We do not have a laundry in place but our front desk crew will be more than happy to give out local reccomandations.
Does the hotel have a baggage holding?
Yes, we can keep your luggages from 7:30am until 9:00 ( available all the days and free of charge ).
Does the hotel have rooms for disabled people?
The hotel suggests to consider the rooms with interior bathroom for this kind of need. All the floors are accessible by lift but its dimensions do not allow wheelchairs.
