How is the registration?
Upon arrival we ask a not-expired document from each person, both adult/s and child/ren, for sending their details to the police. The documents allowed are:
- Identity card ( ordinary, diplomatic or electronic ) .
- Driving licence ( for car or for boat ).
- Firearms licence.
- Passport ( ordinary or diplomatic ).
- Identification card released to policemen/militaries/politicians/ministers.
How much is the Bologna tourist tax?
The tax varies according to the following price ranges related to the room price per person per night ( it is exigible for at most 5 days in a month ). The rates in force are the following:
1-70.99 euro → 3.00 euro per person per night.
71-120.99 euro → 4.00 euro per person per night.
Over 121 euro → 5.00 euro per person per night.
From this tax are excluded:
- All the people who live inside Bologna.
- All the people younger than 14 years old.
- Disabled people whose condition is certified by an official document reporting the italian law 10/92. For foreign citizen, an official document reporting a permanent disability with a percentage of 80% or above.

We DO NOT accept traveler’s check
Can we prepay for our reservation and what is the procedure?
We require the guests checking for the not-refundable rates. The cardholder must be a person who will join the room during the stay.

Amanities
Does the hotel provide baby cradles?
Yes, 15 euro ( no matter how long is the stay ). Service on advance request only and not available for the single room.
What parking options do you have?
No so central hotel in Bologna own an its parking.
We are an authorized for the municipality of Bologna permission that allow you to enter inside the city with a car. Please contact info@hotelpanoramabologna.it for having a more detailed description.
Motorbikes and bicycles have not any restrictions for entering in the city.
What if we have an unexpected guest; do you provide roll away beds?
We DO NOT provide roll away beds.
Can we get our clothes laundered or dry cleaned during our stay?
We do not have a laundry in place but our front desk crew will be more than happy to give out local reccomandations.
Does the hotel have a baggage holding?
Yes, we will hold onto your luggages if you arrive early and need to drop them off. There is not fee for this service and it is available from 7:30am until 9:00pm.
Does the hotel offer any rooms for the disabled?
The hotel suggests to consider the rooms with interior bathroom for this kind of need. All the floors are accesible by lift but its dimensions do not allow wheelchair.
