La camera per 5 pp ha il bagno ed erano entrambi molto puliti e curati. Essendo in centro, la notte di sabato c'è stato trambusto in strada fin verso le 04:00... The hotel is located on the top floor of a building, and there were no clear instructions in our confirmation email or from on Agoda messages on how to get there (unless I missed it and if so, I apologize). One will need to enter what looks like a residential apartment door, take the elevator, and you'll find the hotel at the top floor. I'd recommend mentioning this in your listing to help future guests. Once we got settled, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We could walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, churches, and landmarks. Although the room is not fancy, it’s super clean and the bed was comfortable; the air conditioning was a lifesaver during our summer visit. I would have given this hotel four stars, but unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding about breakfast. Before we arrived, I had an email conversation with the hotel where they confirmed a small breakfast would be provided. Upon check-in, the staff member, who was the same person I had emailed, informed me that they no longer served breakfast due to a policy change. That should have been communicated to us prior to our arrival, don’t you think? She then offered us the option to find another hotel, which felt a bit rude and was far too late to be a practical solution. While I could have pursued it with then or with Agoda, we chose to let it go. On a positive note, there was a coffee and hot chocolate vending machine available, as well as a bowl of free fruits in the lobby, which was a convenient option for a quick bite to hold you in the morning, esp. I’m diabetic. We just need to make other arrangements now that they changed their policy on us the last minute and without giving us options prior to arrival. Our plane was delayed, and we called to find out if we could still get our room after hours. They told us yes, no problem, and to call when we got to the airport. We tried calling several times and finally someone answered that did not speak English and kept yelling at us that the hotel is closed. We already pre-paid this hotel and now have no recourse. Situated on the top floor of an old building. There's a small lift. Feels more like an old communal flat, than a hotel. About 10 rooms, 3 shared bathrooms. Everything is very old. Everything was clean and well maintained though. Triple room was very spacious. There was no wait for the bathrooms and they provide you with a hairdryer if you ask. Shampoo was in the single use packets, so recommend bringing your own. Breakfast was actually nice - only bad thing was the coffee from the coin machine (free for breakfeast), but pastries were fresh and of a good quality.Pubblicato su TripadvisorVerificata Good Experience Friendly staff and nice location. Would not want to have to park car here. We had large room with private bathroom. Breakfast was not what I was expecting but this is Italy. Mostly just pastries and juice. We would stay here again.
